Always a best place to go if you don't want to bring your kids out of town ~They can spend a long time to play without cellphones and pads...Better go in the morning as early as it opens and leave around lunch time... It will be so many kids and parents every day..
Great for all ages! There are really amazing and interesting things for adults/teens as well as for young kids. My eldest is 4 and my youngest is almost a year old. Our family spent almost 4 hours here yesterday and it was an amazing day. I'm sure my 4 year old could have stayed longer (if he wasn't so tired from enjoying himself all day). There's an amazing indoor KidSpark play area for toddlers to enjoy as well!!!The cafeteria was busy but decent. Only thing that wasn't so great was the mac and cheese. It was mushy and didn't taste great. However, all the other food we ordered was fine. Just expect to pay attraction level prices. Lunch for our family of 4 was about $50.
Really great. I grew up here and figured all science museums were the same, but now that I've been to many, all over the world, I know how rare and special it is. Lots of interactivity and really varied exhibitions in a distinctive building, set in a gorgeous natural landscape. Price could be more affordable to make it truly family friendly.
We enjoyed our time at this attraction. We spent about four hours here. There were plenty of cool exhibits that kept our teenagers attention. We attended this attraction as part of the city pass that gives you a discounted price on five of the most popular attractions in Toronto. Its a great place to visit if your kids enjoy Science and hands on activities. There are lot of informative stuff here for both kids and adults. Be prepared for a complete day. It's definitely worth the time spend
Had a ton of fun here as two adults. I would suggest to start on Level 6 (the lowest level) and work your way up to Level 1. Level 6 is the largest and has the most exhibits. Took us about 2.5-3 hours to get through the science centre, but could have stayed longer if we did all the interactive things and read absolutely everything. Would highly recommend to anyone.
At the Ontario Science Centre we are thrilled to work alongside their team of event professionals who work tirelessly to plan fantastic events with us. Just minutes from downtown, the Science Center has the ability to easily accommodate 620 guests for a sitdown meal (!!). Parking is abundant, which is a tremendous perk for those traveling by car. OSC staff are friendly and accommodating, making it a joy, as a caterer, to plan stylish Corporate events, fundraisers and weddings. We are so happy to be on their list of Preferred Caterers!
We love to cater events in this funky, smart and dynamic space! Break out rooms for meeting and theatre style lecture halls, event spaces for galas or parties.
We have had the great pleasure of catering numerous events at the Ontario Science Centre. The OSC offers an incredible range of spaces to suit small, medium, and large gatherings with backdrops that are either state-of-the-art or interactive and fun.
