Review of the only gift/convenience store inside. $4 for a can of pop is a crime! Respect your customers. Will never visit again.Response: Regardless of the cost to run a gift/sundries shop you musf realize that 0% of $4.00 is $0.00. If you want customers to buy your products and benefit from the shop then a reasonable price would be the smart thing to offer. When you treat your customers with respect they are willing to buy. I'm positive if you lowered your prices you would sell enough to justify the cost to run the shop. Economics 101.
Stayed at Hotel X in Toronto over the weekend of July 27-28.Truly, it felt like we were at a resort, not just a hotel. The venue is amazing and not claustrophobic as other hotels. It is a new hotel and is unique with all the facilities one could need..The room was excellent!!!Staff and management are amazing. We were made to feel so comfortable throughout our stay and our needs, more than looked after. It is an amazing place to stay, enjoy and relax, just as at a resort.I want to thank everyone there for a superb job at every step and making our stay memorable.I want to go back for many more weekends...
My husband and I booked this Hotel as part of the Love Never Fails! Convention of Jehovahs Witnesses (due to the proximity of the hotel which was across the street from our convention) We were so pleased that we made the decision to stay here. The hotel itself was modern and beautiful and we were so very happy with all the amenities and services provided. The views from the pool on the 28th floor were outstanding! Every person we encountered was pleasant and smiling. Overall we had a great stay here. What made the greatest lasting impression from our stay was our very charming and gracious server Konrad at The Hotel Restaurant. He went out of his way to make us know we were valued & welcomed by the hotel he provided us with plenty of information about Toronto, the hotel (and it's services) and of course about the food and menu at the restaurant. Although, the restaurant was extremely busy, he never hesitated to check in with us, to talk and learn about Jehovah and the reason for our conference, to make sure we were enjoying our meal, to pour our bottle of wine, to keep our water glasses filled and also, to make sure we felt well taken care of and appreciated. Thank you for sharing your God given gift with us....may Jehovah Bless you and keep you.

I stayed here with a girl friend who is visiting me from out of town and the service was impeccable. The hotel was immaculately beautiful and staff were prompt, professional and friendly. The highlight of our stay was the private drivers that helped us get to our desired destination in Toronto. I am not sure if this service is all the time, or because it was same weekend as the Honda Indy race but it was an amazing added bonus that highlighted our stay. The rooms were clean, the views are breathtaking from our room and rooftop. Definitely a must stay if you want to experience luxury. We will make this an annual trip after this experience. Thank you Hotel X and staff!
I give them 5 stars because they have amazing staff, they know what they are doing and are so nice and helpful, they might not be to the standards of a 5 stars hotel but their staff make up the difference. The person who checked me in, gave me a room with a perfect view as I asked. Self parking was full so she offered me valet parking for my entire stay with a price of self-parking.Once I got in the room there was a problem with the room so they apologized and sent me a gift...One day I needed to warm up my food and they brought a microwave to my room just so I can warm up my meal...They were nothing but amazing.
